Your Instructor
Nikolai founded Seattle Kettlebell Club - one of the largest kettlebell clubs in the world - in 2014. He has coached numerous powerlifting and kettlebell sport athletes to state and world records, national rankings and first place finishes at competitions throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Puchlov has helped clients lose weight and rehab injuries, and coaches busy professionals every day to better health, stress relief and overall wellness. Nikolai's specialty is creating engaging and effective sport programs which have clients constantly attaining and crushing their goals while living healthy and sustainable lifestyles - pain, injury, and drug-free.
